2. Use License & Guidelines

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use SmartCareerHub for personal career advancement and job application assistance. You agree not to:

Modify, copy, or reverse engineer any platform software or AI algorithms

Use the materials for illegal automated scraping or unauthorized commercial reselling

Bypass rate limits or access controls on platform APIs

Remove proprietary copyright or trademark notices

3. Account Responsibility & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. SmartCareerHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our security policies.

4. Subscription Billing & Cancellations

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Subscriptions remain active until the end of the paid billing period.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

SmartCareerHub materials and AI tools are provided on an 'as is' basis. While our platform significantly improves application response rates, we do not guarantee specific employment offers or hiring outcomes.
